Head of Sales – Multi-Sports & Wellness Club

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead revenue generation for one of the region’s premier multi-sports and wellness destinations. With verticals including Golf Club, Karting, Shooting Club, Paintball, Restaurants, and Wellness Spa, the role requires a proven leader with strong industry experience and the ability to drive sales across diverse business units.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 10 sales professionals across sports, leisure, F&B, and wellness verticals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, events, campaigns, and promotions to maximize revenue.
- Drive B2B and B2C partnerships with corporates, schools, tour operators, and event organizers.
- Identify and convert opportunities for corporate memberships, events, tournaments, and group bookings.
- Work closely with marketing to launch impactful sales campaigns and seasonal promotions.
- Monitor sales performance, set targets, and ensure consistent pipeline management.
- Build strong client relationships and enhance brand positioning within the UAE leisure & wellness sector.
Requirements
Minimum 8–12 years of sales leadership experience in sports, leisure, hospitality, or wellness.Proven track record in revenue generation, corporate sales, and event promotions.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.Immediate joiners preferred.Details
